The beta changelog: what changed in each test build of Nesteia for iPhone, and on this website, newest first. Once Nesteia is on the App Store, this page follows its releases. Last updated .
On the Nesteia Pro screen, the Annual plan's two-line description lines up on the left, like everything else.
Everything in build 5 still applies.

A planner, a page per stage, and every source
The fast planner: pick a plan and when you last ate, and see the clock time each body stage begins, the planned end and any refeed days. It runs in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.
Each of the eleven body stages has its own page, from Fed state to Refeeding, with what studies measured, how it may feel, what to do and its sources.
Sources: all 24 papers behind the stages, with the stages that cite each one.
Email me at launch now offers your mail app, Gmail, Outlook or the address to copy, so it works in any browser.
Wider screens: headings on Safety, Strata, Pricing and the home page share their row with what follows, so no section opens on an empty half.

The public beta
A Join the beta link, beside the status on the home page and in the pricing questions and the support page, opens the public beta in Apple's TestFlight app.
The six things the timer does quietly, on the safety page, each have an icon.
The demo ring on the home page keeps its words inside the ring at every size, and the header wraps neatly at large text sizes.

Build 5
Badges stay once earned. Deleting a fast in History no longer takes its badge away; only Undo straight after ending a fast, or Delete everything, does.
Tap any badge on Strata, earned or not, and a sheet says how it is earned and how close you are.
If Pro ends, iCloud sync switches off at the next check and everything stays on your iPhone. Settings, then Your data, says so.
Whole-body shift is now a stage you can reach, from 96 hours to the 120-hour ceiling, on the supervised plans only.
The Stages tab says refeeding follows a fast of a day or more, and gives your plan's refeed days.
Undo on a fast you have just ended also takes back a refeed meal logged since it ended.
Your first fast shows a hint: tap the timer to change how it looks.

Build 4
After an extended fast, Log a refeed meal on Today logs the meal, says when, and offers Log another meal and See in History.
Tap the timer to choose its style (Ring, Dial or Minimal), whether it counts up or down, and whether it shows seconds. Your choice stays after you close the sheet and after you reopen the app.
Show time since last fast is off unless you switch it on.
When a fast reaches its planned length, a calm moment offers End fast or Not yet.
For longer plans, the questions, the acknowledgement and, over 72 hours, the clinician confirmation sit on one page.
The Stages tab has the Nesteia look, and the running plan's stages sit at the foot of Today. Confidence is shown as a word with a filled circle, not bars.
On the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, the end time names its day ("Ends tomorrow 07:12"), counts show hours, and nothing is cut off.
On Strata, the wording says plainly what earns each layer.

Build 3
Nesteia Pro shows the App Store's own price, and no price or trial until the App Store answers. A free trial is mentioned only when your Apple Account is offered one, for the length the App Store gives.
An error from an earlier purchase attempt no longer stays on screen once a later one goes through. With Ask to Buy, the waiting-for-approval note is still there when you leave Nesteia and come back.
Settings, then Notifications, says when notifications are off for Nesteia and offers Open Settings, or asks for permission if iOS never has. Allow them during a fast and the fast's notes are set up again.
Settings, then Your data, says exactly what iCloud sync carries: your fasts (with any supervision confirmation), weights, refeed meals, rest weeks and badges. Your screening answers, the 18+ confirmation, your settings, what you have read in Stages and your notification choices stay on each iPhone.
On iOS 27, the clinician-supervision confirmation for the 96 and 120-hour plans opens with its three statements; before this build it opened blank.
Fixes from a full review of the app.

Support, sources and launch prices
A support page: how to reach the maker, restore or cancel Pro, move to a new iPhone, delete your data, and what to do if you feel unwell.
Every stage on the stages page shows its sources, and a Sources list names all 24.
Whole-body shift is a stage from 96 hours, and the Refeeding note gives each plan's refeed days, as the app does.
The home page says plainly that Nesteia is in testing, and the pricing page gives the prices it will launch with.
Email me at launch, beside the status on the home page.
The fonts are served from nesteia.app itself, so no page contacts a third party.
A link to any page shows a preview card, and the site has a favicon search results can show.
The privacy policy lists exactly what iCloud sync stores.
· Website
nesteia.app is live
The website opens, with the stages, Strata, safety and pricing pages, the terms and the privacy policy.
Trying the next build
New test builds reach the public beta on TestFlight first. If something looks wrong, take a screenshot, tap Share, then TestFlight, or email serhatdereli@icloud.com with the build number from Settings, then About.
